Our double wire forming machine produce pre-formed double wire for the stationery industry and office as well as for print finishers.

We manufacture punching machines with an output of up to 100.000 sheets per hour.
They punch ringbinder inserts, calendar sheets, register sheets made of cardboard and plastic, paper for wire-bound or plastic-bound products, and special punching.

We offer machines for precision cut from printed reel to bundled and packed label piles and for cutting specialty paper, blank paper or pre-printed paper from the reel to size. Our strength is especially on sizes smaller than DIN A4 or 8 ½” x 11”.

Cross cut and longitudinal cut is electronically controlled via print mark register – exact piling of the edge trimmed strips to piles with preset sheet count.
Waste detection and ejection prior to stacking, and automatic transfer of strip piles to connected machines for the following process to finished articles allow for interesting reduction of manufacturing costs.

The Wopac is a shrink wrapping machine with connected shrink tunnel.

In the Wopac shrink wrapper product stacks are packed with thermoplastic films.

By passing through the connected shrink tunnel the thermoplastic film shrinks closely around the product pack.

By their versatile and cost-effective possibilities of application. Starting from the simple application of a label onto a product, over overprinting of the label during the application process up to the complex use with substantial verification possibilities for process optimization and process reliability, the Combina label applicators offer a solution for every application. Due to their modular conception and clearly defined interfaces, they can be easily integrated into packaging systems, assembly machines, robot systems, existing customer conveyor systems and certainly also into all Combina labelling systems.

According to the required task, the user can choose among different printing methods. Hot foil print, debossing unit, thermal print, thermal transfer print, thermal transfer direct print and rotary print unit are available.

The integration of certain print and apply systems in the existing customer system software and the possibilities which result for the realtime print open up undreamed-of possibilities also in the field of product marking. The Punching Machines ProPunch 36 and ProPunch 50 process any materials (e.g. paper, cardboard or plastic). They punch ringbinder inserts, calendar sheets, register sheets with die-cut, paper for wire-bound (spiral and double wire binding) and plastic-bound products, special punching and much more.
