If you are looking for an automatic die-cutter that offers precision,
robustness and operational ease of use, then the Dione 1050 could be
the answer. The new model was recently released by the Spanish folding
carton specialist Inramik which has been serving the converting market

With a maximum sheet size of 1050 x 750mm, the fully automatic Dione
1050 die-cutter offers high production capabilities. The direct from
pallet feeder ensures better sheet alignment and savings in time and
costs. The double sheet detector with emergency stop system avoids
double feeding to the register table. Six belts and a set of brushes
permit perfect delivery to the front lays. Independently adjustable,
these are equipped with sensors to guarantee perfect register. The side
register guides are easily adjustable to different sizes and
thicknesses.
Made with long-life and vibration-free materials, the Dione 1050
develops 250 tons of maximum pressure which is adjustable with a
precision hand wheel. Rotating arms for easy upper frame and lower
plate extraction and a quick fixation system in the stripping section
reduce makeready time. At the delivery, the non-stop device allows the
pile to be changed without stopping the machine, minimising downtime.
