RS 51 Indexing (non-compensating) Stacker
The new RS 51 is a non-compensating, vertical lift stacker especially designed for 3-side open products for PFF folders. It comes with several new features like servo technology, linear drive shafts, double squeeze rollers and a hinged-top belt section. The RS 51 with its integrated pressing unit creates brick-like stacks perfect for automated robotic palletizing. Based on the proven indexing technology from the RS 50 the RS 51 offers a great combination of efficiency, speed and reliability.

Application:
High-speed indexing stacker for 3-side open products of PFF
folders

Servo technology
Integrated press unit
Delivery left or right
Copy stream divert gate
Stream aligner
Robot interface

RS 36 Indexing Compensating Stacker
The RS 36 indexing compensating stacker is the latest addition to the RIMA-SYSTEM stacker family. RIMA-SYSTEM integrates technology that is similar to what has been used successfully for many years in the RS 50 indexing stacker. The RS 36 compensating stacker controls the incoming shingled stream on a first set of forks and builds a pre-collected stack. A second pair of indexing forks takes over the pre-collected stack and transports it to the turntable.

The result is a perfect alignment of the products in the upper bin. This reduces the build-up of products at the spine and improves the quality of the pre-collected stack thus minimizing interruptions during production. An intelligent servo-pusher and the pivotable delivery belt guarantee the smooth and controlled ejection of stacks at the shortest cycle times (the compensating stacker can process up to 120.000 cph).

In addition the compensating stacker incorporates many intelligent and helpful details. Large swivel-mounted guards, central handwheels at the back of the machine and a graphic touch screen guarantee ease of operation. RIMA-SYSTEM improved the infeed cover by switching to a solid „industrial“ steel-design with observation slits. Like all other RIMA-SYSTEM compensating stackers the RS 36 is built to have a long life with minimum operating costs. Movable parts have been minimized, significantly reducing wear and tear on the machine. Adding the high upper bin and special non-marking belt options make this the ideal machine for the newspaper printing industry.
