Helpdesk E.C.H. Will / Pemco:
We established our Helpdesk to centralise Customer requests for
technical help to leave activities in one hand. The Helpdesk (ECH Will
and Pemco work together under one hotline telephone number) is
frequently used by our Customers all over the world.
Since the implementation of our Helpdesk, about 4 Years ago, we counted
more than 2500 interventions on Customer’s sites via helpdesk.
Technical Service:
Preventive maintenance programs have now been put into operation at
several mills with astounding results. In close, operative cooperation
with your staff we define special measures for the main shut down,
reducing downtime to a minimum by planning Service Parts and resources
carefully and in advance. You can carry out your usual maintenance
while our specialists overhaul the critical machine section.
The benefit for you is the machine performance and the reduction of
overall costs of maintenance. New service parts are more persistent
because all interconnected parts are checked or replaced. At the end of
the day, you gain the best benefits using this service on an ongoing

Service Parts:
Thanks to new production methods, we have succeeded in reducing prices
on more than 800 Service Parts. In close cooperation with many
customers, we have set up task teams to review the procurement cost and
the active parts required. Frame agreements already closed, have
resulted in proven improvements in the workflow of inquiries and
offers. Within this framework, for example, we offer our customers the
possibility to integrate internal part numbers in the documentation for
