A
growing list of prestigious agencies is just one of the reasons behind
Graph-Pak’s relocation of its head office from Queensland to
NSW. “The move is designed to strengthen our position in the
bigger markets of Sydney and Melbourne, however branches will remain
operating in all states,” says managing director Tom Ralph.
Since forming Graph-Pak in
January last year to focus on
the distribution of packaging, printing and converting products, Tom
Ralph has been building an enviable list of sales distributorships
under the company banner. The most recent addition in the converting
sector is the stable of Körber PaperLink (KPL) companies and
brands E.C.H. Will, SHM, Kugler-Womako, Pemco and Wrapmatic.
Among its agencies in the
printing and packaging
fields are Italian narrow web manufacturer Omet, who are leading the
way in folding carton, packaging and labels, and Pamarco, which
supplies anilox rollers for flexo, gravure and offset. In the bindery
and post-press sector are such well-respected names as Busch,
Vacuumatic counting and batching equipment, Rima-System conveying
systems, rotary trimmers, compensating stackers, blocking units, log
stackers and palletizing robots, and Inramik, the leading Spanish
manufacturer for folding carton. On the materials handling side is
bespoke designer and manufacturer SCM, while Autobond rounds out the
agency list with an extensive range of laminating machinery.
Graph-Pak plans to offer
showroom facilities and
comprehensive spare part service to its clients as well as
incorporating a growing list of consumables. Graph-Pak’s new
head office phone number is 1300 885550, facsimile +612 9544 3469,
