The new DIONE 1050 offers high versatility and optimal performance. Together with its low cost, that gives to the DIONE 1050 a high productivity and a short payback, which makes it an ideal machine for small and medium companies with low investment capacity.
The DIONE 1050 has an automatic feeder designed to handle a wide range of materials from compact carton to corrugated board. Dione 1050 allows quick and easy changeovers for different sheet sizes and paper weights. Its palletized feed system gives a better sheet alignment, getting better performance and minimizing downtimes. Its double-sheet detector with “emergency STOP device” avoids the double sheet entrance to the feeding table.
This section has been built with high resistance materials, which ensures extra long life and free vibration impression. It develops a maximum pressure of 250 Tm. Easily adjustable through a precision handwheel. The lower platen is vertically driven on four elbow levers, producing a long and uniform pressure. Rotating arms allows an easy and quick forme extraction providing easy access for any change to be carried out. It has 6 variable speed conveyor belts that ensure a perfect sheet control and delivery to the front lays. The front lays can be adjusted individually and are equipped with sensors that guarantee a perfect sheet register. The side lays are easy adjustable to the different formats and weights.
Sheets are delivered on the exit platform automatically jogged and leveled, ensuring the perfect stack of cut and creased sheets. The NON-STOP device allows pile changes without stopping the machine.
