Solema offers the use our technological expertise to design and produce custom-made installations to enhance profitability through automation of binding and post-press processes. The Solema head-quarter is located near Bergamo (northern Italy) where they design, produce and assemble all their machines for the automation in the Graphic Art Industry.
In 2002, they opened their sister company in the United States, based in Crawfordsville, Indiana. At this location they provide sales, installations, spare parts and service for all our North American customers. In 2008, through the support of very experienced people in their branch, they have now opened a sales support position operating in Germany.

| Pluton – Automatic Palletizer |
 Simple and easy to operate, this machine can be used to palletize: Hard and soft cover books, sewn and glued bookblocks, magazines, catalogues and phone directories, shrink wrapped piles or bundles, carton boxes, strapped/blocked signatures, newspapers.
Main characteristics of this machine are the small footprint which allows its application even in very narrow places, the continuous jogging of the product during the different transitions inside the machine, and simplicity of movements through linear transport.
The machines movements are controlled through servo-motors which enables high precision. The palletizer is endowed with a timing station at the entrance, an accumulating conveyor, automatic storage for empty pallets and an automatic device for feeding of the slip-sheets.
The pallet lifter is built with a roller surface to enable to run virtually every size and type of pallet. The control of the machine is done through a touch-screen monitor
