The RTIS 2 offers unparalleled waste management control by remote firing of 'marker tabs' in the form of adhesive labels onto and overlapping the moving edge of webbed processes, whenever faulty areas are detected prior to material reaching the reel rewind.

The RTIS 2 can attach a label to a web edge moving at speeds of up to 600 metres per minute, with no physical contact with the web - therefore there is no risk of damage to the web or web breakage.

The VUTI is an on-machine sheet counting and batching system, suitable for use on printing presses, sheeters and other converting machinery having a pile stacking delivery.

The VUTI system counts and batches efficiently and accurately off the end of the production line without interrupting the machine cycle.

With the use of a Switchable Junction Box, Multiple tabber bodies can be used for batching on Slitting Machinery.

VUTI Plus

The enhanced version of the VUTI offering a complete waste management system package.

The VUTI Plus enables end-users to flag waste products and provides printed reports on production.
When activating the inhibit switch, the VUTI Plus will automatically insert a tab when the count signal is interrupted. Manual override is also available.

The Count-S 1000H is a non-contact optical counter, which utilises the latest generation of optical and processing technology to provide vastly improved performance when compared to earlier optical technology. The Count-S produces a high resolution 2 dimensional image, which is then analysed using highly innovative image processing techniques to produce fast, accurate results.

A wide range of materials from thicknesses of 0.5mm and upwards can be counted with 100% accuracy, subject to material presentation and quality. It is ideally suited to counting folded stacked products such as Medical Inserts in a box. There is also an optional facility for boxed products separated into sections by divider cards, to check for the correct number of inserts in each section.

The Count-S is equipped with a high resolution colour touchscreen, which utilises an Icon (graphical image) based display. This provides an easy to understand user interface, which is language independent.

In order to minimise operator input a self-teach facility has been incorporated. During self teach the Count-S scans a known quantity of the material to be counted and automatically adjusts exposure, lighting and numerous analysis parameters to their optimum values. These values are then stored and can be quickly recalled whenever the material is to be counted again.
